How to pay?

  1. Place order from our site > Select “Email Payment – Transferwise / WU” on checkout.
  2. Check your Email / Junk Mail and look for “Payment Order for [Order Number]”.
  3. Reply to that email to get your payment info.
  4. Follow the steps on here to pay online or pay at your Online Banking, Transferwise.com, Western union

 

Do I get tracking for my order?

Yes, your tracking code will be provided once we ship out your parcel. It usually takes 5 – 10  days to process your order excluding payment processing time. The average shipping time for FREE shipping is 20 – 30 days, Express shipping 5- 9 days.

 

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated based on shipping method (air, sea or land) and product weight / volume. Different shipping companies have different rates, we charge a flat rate of $15 to $20 for express shipping.

 

How long does it take to ship out my item?

We have a Payment Processing time depending on payment method + Order Processing time of 3 – 7 business days.

 

What if my order lost in transit?

We will investigate with the courier company and pay responsibility to reship your order without any extra charge. Please reply on your shipment email if your order is lost in transit.

 

What if my order being seized by local custom?

We will always advise and use the best method to ship your item to avoid being taxed or seized by local custom, some times we need to ship without a shoe box to lower the risk in some strict country such as Germany, Italy and France.

In the case of being seized by custom, we will only reship it again if you comply with our shipping suggestions and method.

 

What is Buyer Protection?

Buyer Protection is a set of guarantees that enables you to shop with confidence on our website.

You are protected when:

  • The item you ordered did not arrive within the time promised by the us.
  • The item you received was not as described on the product page.
  • The item you received has serious manufacture defect.

Not protected when:

  • The item is as describe on product photo, but with minor loose seam or other unreasonable claim.
  • The colour of the product is darker or lighter compare to the photo one.

Full Refund when you do not receiving your item within 60 days of our guarantee period.

Partial Refund and Keep Item not as described.

 

How do I pick the right size?

Different items has different size chart as they are from different brands. It is advisable to refer the size chart to pick your final size. Please be noted that our size chart measure by hand, 1-3cm error is tolerable.

 

Is your product genuine or fake?

All of the product on our site are Rep-lica, some are 1 : 1 high quality, some are budget 1 : 0.7 rep.
